2021 MFA in Illustration & Visual Culture Thesis Exhibition

This exhibition features thesis projects by the MFA in Illustration & Visual Culture students in the 2021 graduating class of the Sam Fox School’s Graduate School of Art. An online exhibition will also be available.

The 2021 MFA in Illustration & Visual Culture candidates are Racheal Bruce, Taylor Dow, Stephanie Gobby, Austin Ickes, Leah Kurth, Erin Lewis, Weike Liu, Jonathan Smith, Benjamin Snyder, and Madeline Valentine.

Visitor Information

We have enacted special operating procedures due to COVID-19. Viewing hours for this year's exhibition are held by appointment the following dates and times:
12-4p Saturday, May 1
12-4p Thursday, May 6
12-2p Friday, May 7
12-2p Saturday, May 8
12-4p Saturday, May 15

Please reserve your time through this link at least 48 hours in advance of your visit to confirm availability. Visitors will only be allowed by appointment; no walk-ins are permitted. Visits are limited to 30 minutes, with a maximum of 10 visitors in the gallery at one time.
